  • Job Description

    - Take P.O. from clients, Plan on delivery, and Coordinate with logistics on delivery process
    - Plan on purchase and coordinate with vendors inbound and out bound including import and export process with shipping
    - Seek for suppliers and / or representatives in order to make purchase and orders
    - Arrange import and export documents
    - Coordinate with BOI unit in case of lengthen the business license or other certificates
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Age:25-32
    * Female
    * Higher Vocational Certificate of Bachelor Degree Graduated in related field.
    * At 3 years Experience in Import & Export planning and coordinating.
    * Required knowledge about BOI.
    * Conversational Level in English is OK, if Intermediate Level is better.
    * If able to communicate in Japanese would be advantage.
    * Hardworking, Patient, and Deliberate person
    * Responsible person
    * Good relationship with others : Friendly attitude and characteristic
    * Interested in learning something new
    * Have own car or can commuting to work by yourself, because company not have shuttle bus.
