  • Job Description

    - Develop new customers and business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, and Warehouse services.
    - Visit customers, understand their requirements, and present the company's services.
    - Develop and present suitable logistics solutions and quotations.
    - Negotiate pricing and business terms with customers.
    - Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional services.
    - Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, and Warehouse teams to provide suitable services.
    - Monitor sales performance and business opportunities and report to management.
    - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
    - 5+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
    - Experience in B2B sales and customer development.
    - Knowledge of Sea Freight, Import/Export, and logistics services.
    - Japanese: JLPT N2 or above.

    Advantages:
    - English: Business level for communication with overseas offices/agents.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    - Able to travel to visit customers when required.
