• Job Description

  - Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for electrical and sanitary system works across all company projects, managing approximately 5–7 eight-story condominium projects simultaneously.
  - Review and coordinate Shop Drawings for electrical and sanitary systems to ensure accurate site installation and alignment with the project schedule.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments involved in electrical and sanitary system works to ensure that design and construction activities are properly aligned and do not impact the overall project progress.
  - Provide engineering and technical information related to MEP systems to management to support project planning and decision-making.
  - Attend site meetings and inspect stock cards and material inventory for all system works.
  - Review the specifications of electrical and sanitary system materials and confirm requirements with the Procurement Department prior to purchasing.
  - Plan material ordering for all system works in accordance with the Master Plan and project schedule.
  - Oversee and provide technical support for overall electrical and sanitary system works throughout the projects.
  - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
