• Job Description

  - Responsible for 2 or more 8-floor condominium projects, overseeing and controlling the installation of electrical and sanitary systems to ensure compliance with required standards, specifications, and regulations.
  - Manage the overall electrical and sanitary system works for condominium projects, coordinating with construction teams, foremen, site engineers, workers, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work is completed on time and within budget.
  - Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant teams.
  - Prepare BOQ and project budgets, establish project costs, and monitor material quantities and usage throughout the construction process.
  - Perform quantity take-offs, coordinate material procurement, and plan material requirements in advance to support smooth project execution.
  - Work closely with the construction team and related departments to ensure efficient project execution and completion according to the planned schedule.
  - Control site operations to comply with health and safety requirements, and ensure that team members and contractors follow all applicable safety measures.
  - Develop and implement new construction techniques and solutions to improve work efficiency and project execution.
  - Support other assigned tasks, including renovation, repair, and defect rectification works at other project sites as required.
  - Supervise and manage the MEP team, consisting of 1 engineer and 6 system foremen, ensuring effective task allocation, coordination, and performance.
