Location: Ratchaburi
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the HRD team, including work planning, performance monitoring, coaching, and process improvement.
• Develop and implement training plans, training roadmaps, and development programs aligned with business and employee needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and training surveys in coordination with various departments.
• Act as an internal trainer, delivering employee training and development programs.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify development needs and establish appropriate training plans.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to HRD programs.
• Support the development of employee evaluation processes as required in the future.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), particularly in training and employee development.
• Hands-on experience in developing training roadmaps, training plans, and training surveys.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Advantage:
• Experience as a trainer with strong coaching, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in employee evaluation or performance evaluation.English Level
