Job Description

• Make annual and monthly training plans based on the company training policy and submit them to the manager.• Support the training team in all training classes and on-the-job training (OJT).• Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs, track each beauty consultant's progression, and report to the manager.• Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools, and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translating training documents).• Handle beauty consultant onboarding and offboarding and report directly to the training manager to create new training classes; follow up with new beauty consultants during their probation period and assist the training manager in preparing monthly reports.• Support the beauty manager in organizing the annual test plan for beauty consultants and in developing instructional programs for the annual test.• Other duties as assigned.
