• Job Description

  - Plan, manage, and oversee engineering activities to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and project requirements.
  - Supervise machinery installation, construction projects, calibration, inspection, and preventive maintenance programs.
  - Control engineering budgets and ensure projects are completed within approved costs and timelines.
  - Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on engineering design, construction, and improvement projects.
  - Lead initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and energy efficiency through new technologies and engineering solutions.
  - Review engineering drawings, specifications, quotations, and risk assessments for project implementation.
  - Support troubleshooting, customer complaints, and continuous improvement activities related to engineering operations.
  - Lead, coach, and develop engineering team members while monitoring departmental KPIs and performance.
