工作内容
- Plan, manage, and oversee engineering activities to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and project requirements.
- Supervise machinery installation, construction projects, calibration, inspection, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Control engineering budgets and ensure projects are completed within approved costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on engineering design, construction, and improvement projects.
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and energy efficiency through new technologies and engineering solutions.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, quotations, and risk assessments for project implementation.
- Support troubleshooting, customer complaints, and continuous improvement activities related to engineering operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop engineering team members while monitoring departmental KPIs and performance.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Project Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, including machinery installation, preventive maintenance, utilities, and engineering project management.
- Professional Engineering license.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience reading engineering drawings and performing technical analysis; experience executing budget control, project planning, and process improvement activities; and knowledge of GMP, TPM, ISO 22716, Safety, 5S, and environmental management systems.英文
