工作内容
1. Supervise and monitor the production engineering department for the design of new models, machines, and production equipment for the company's product manufacturing (New Model).
2. Set KPI goals for the section, manage section staff, manage budgets and control, educate and train section staff at different levels, collaborate with other sections, and practice problem solving.
3. Always reporting, contracting, and consulting.
4. Employee safety considerations, compliance with the company, and adherence to rules of social norms.
5. Resolving initial issues within areas of responsibility and reporting to supervisors
6. Preparing work plans for the Production Engineering Department and supporting the new model in each phase.
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field. (Prefer : electrical and electronics engineer)
- Experience in production engineering management level in Electronics or Automotive Business including new model
- Have experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic component or automotive manufacturing more than 3 Years
- Experience with PCBA. Product (If any)
- Management skills and solving problem tasks and good personality and strong leadership
- Good Command of English
- Can use AutoCAD and Auto-CAM
- Experience in manufacturing cost control.英文
