  • Job Description

    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    - Identify new business opportunities and introduce new products to meet customer needs.
    - Handle customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and related sales documentation.
    - Coordinate with internal departments such as R&D, QA, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Support new product development and customer projects from inquiry to commercialization.
    - Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
    - Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities.
    - Prepare reports and updates for management and support departmental objectives.
    - Lead and coach customer service team members to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    - 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development, including experience in manufacturing, OEM business, or the FMCG industry, and experience managing multiple projects concurrently and leading or coaching customer service team members.
    - Business-level spoken and written English.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
