Job Description
Business: Manufacturing pumps, valve, fitting, tube, tank cleaning
Work Location: Pathumthani & visiting market
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across Thailand markets
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
• Build strong client relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
• Manage sales pipeline, follow up on quotations, and track opportunities via CRM
• Identify new markets and represent the company at events and exhibitions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and report sales performance insights
Qualifications
Requirement
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in sales management (pumps, valves, fittings, tubes, tank cleaning) within food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or personal care industries
• Strong sales strategy, marketing, and team management skills in multinational environments
• Proficient in Thai and English (spoken & written)
• Able to travel nationwide; detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
• Own a car with driving license
