Job Description
• Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and grow distribution network to maximize revenue and long-term growth plan
• Prepare an updated monthly sales forecast planning
• Work closely with marketing team in company to align on technical product knowledge, information and best practice sharing
• Coordinate with support team; supply chain, finance, ICT to ensure efficiency of sales and order operation
• Analyze market and competitor insights to capture trends and new opportunities
• Manage external stakeholder relationship including distributors, government, policy maker, agricultural opinion leaders.
• Supervise regulatory coordinator who is responsible for all import and export fertilizer registration
• Responsible for reports and analysis in relation to sales, sales forecast, regulatory, market/competitor insights and any ad hoc reports assigned to
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 5–10 years of sales experience in the agriculture industry (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals) with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsEnglish Level
