  Key Activities
  • Manage sales operations across the territory through direct customers, distributors, and agencies.
  • Achieve sales targets, profit margin, market share, and product expansion in line with KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and technical capability to support customers and provide on-site assistance when required.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations including sales reports, forecasts, customer database, and activity reports.
  • Provide regular reporting to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, Finance, and Technical Support to ensure smooth sales operations, including payment, overdue monitoring, and cost control.
