Job Description
Sales:
- Develop sales and marketing strategies, including target customer planning for each product.
- Monitor performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead marketing communications and PR activities.
- Supervise and support the sales team to ensure effective operations.
Project:
- Oversee and manage project operations to ensure efficiency and achievement of defined goals.
- Lead project structure and system design while coordinating with technical teams and clients.
- Manage suppliers and resources to ensure equipment procurement and delivery meet specifications and timelines.
- Control internal operations, manpower planning, project costs, and resolve issues to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related fields.
- 5–10 years' experience selling industrial projects; more experience will be considered.
- Experience with project procedures, data collection, and project management for government and industrial customers; experience in fluid applications.
- Experience maintaining professional relationships with partners and working within cross-functional teams.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Thai.English Level
