Job Description
• Present and promote the Company’s products and/or services to prospective and existing clients in a professional manner
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in accordance with the Company’s objectives
• Establish, develop, and sustain strong and long-term client relationships
• Assess and understand clients’ needs, concerns, and feedback to provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients
• Develop and implement strategic plans for client visits and systematically follow up on potential sales opportunities
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, including performance analyses and forecasts
• Conduct market research and analysis covering industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Production, Logistics, and Accounting departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and oversee order processing, delivery schedules, and payment collections to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3-5 year of experience in OEM/ODM sales within the cosmetics and/or dietary supplement industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in computer applications and standard business software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems)
• Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, a proactive approach, and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform effectively under target-driven environments and work well under pressure
• Driver's license and personal carEnglish Level
