Job Description
Business : Logistic and Forwarding
Job Responsibilities
1. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication (Customer Management)
- Conduct regular appointments with customers via video call to ensure customer satisfaction (2 times per week)
- Support the Sales Manager by issuing quotations and comparing supplier prices as needed.
- Prepare and send email newsletters in English, including updates on port or border situations.
- Analyze customer needs through regular meetings and provide timely information.
- Collect information actively from the internet, internal teams, and carriers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits.
- Discuss issues with the team and propose alternatives to resolve problems.
- Follow up to ensure successful resolution.
- Maintain an objective view and strive to understand the true nature of issues.
- Share updates and task progress with the manager.
- Participate in Thai-language morning briefings and report necessary information.
- Communicate with suppliers as needed.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience in Sale task or Customer relation
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
- Good command of English
- Driving license
【Advantage】
- Experience working in a Japanese company or the forwarding/logistics industry is preferred
- Having own a carEnglish Level
