  • Job Description

    【Responsibilities】
    - Preparing for monthly and yearly closing account.
    - Manage and monitor the overall accounting process AP/AR/GL and another area to ensure all functions operate correctly.
    - Responsible for preparing and reviewing Tax, Vat, and SSO.
    - Control and monitor budgeting, financial statement, and other accounting report related.
    - Coaching and Supervise the Accounting team.
    - Able to analyze and suggest proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and tools.
    - Coordinate with external organizations such as Government, banks, and Auditors.
    - Strictly adhere to the department’s established internal control and safety system to make the financial data reliable.
    - Monitor and control Fixed Assets and Inventory.
    - Cash / Bank settlements, e.g., salary, wages, vendor payments, etc.
    - Handle Petty cash.
    - Other related duties as per necessity or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in accounting
    - Experience in the accounting of more than 5 years
    - CPD license is needed
    - Able to use Express software, Microsoft programs, google Apps for work
    - Good command of English
