  • Job Description

    - Develop and implement learning strategies and program that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
    - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    - Identify overarching company performance and development goals
    - Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives
    - Gather and assess business intelligence and the necessary data to assess employee performance and identify individual and departmental workplace issues and development barriers
    - Acting as HR Lead for in-progress HRIS system implementation, including continued testing and configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, Budget and Payroll.
    - Participate to other HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female,Thai national, Age 30-45 years old
    - Bachelor's degree any relate field
    - Good command of English
    - At least 5years of managerial experience in HRD OR HRIS

    Level 3 - Business Level
