    ◯Products: Air conditioning, HVAC systems, LED Lighting, Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner
    ◯Clients: Major construction companies, Factories

    - Responsible for make profits and achieve target as sales
    - Sales own products to Major construction companies, Factories
    - Take care of existing Thai and Japanese clients
    ‐ Site Management: Coordinating with subcontractors/craftsmen, schedule management, quality control, safety oversight, and budget tracking
    - Making documents related to sales activity
    - Joining MTG with HQ in Japan
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree of any field
    ‐ Has 1 or 2 experience
    1. Sales or Site Management within the interior design or construction industry
    2. At least 3 years of sales experience as B to B sales of Air conditioning, HVAC systems, LED Lighting, Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner or related products
    - Must have car license (a company car's provided)
    - No English language skills required (has interpreter)

    [Advantage]
    - Have experience towards the Thai Government related Organizations.
    - Have strong experience in new client expansion / business development
