  - Identify and target potential dealers in the ASEAN region.
  - Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
  - Build strong relationships with dealers and establish new partnerships, providing necessary support and resources for success.
  - Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and implementation of sales strategies.
  - Collaborate with dealers to create joint marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance product awareness and drive sales.
  - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  - Provide regular reports to Japanese management on market performance and strategy effectiveness.
  - Travel within the ASEAN region as needed. Approximately once per 3months.
  - Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management.
