  • Job Description

    - Develop an in-depth understanding of products features, capabilities, and value proposition.
    - Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing how the product can address their specific business needs.
    - Collaborate with Sales and engage in discussions with potential customers to identify their unique requirements and pain points.
    - Work closely with the Product team to design and propose customized solutions based on customer needs, leveraging the product capabilities.
    - Create and manage proof-of-concept projects to validate the effectiveness of the product for potential customers.
    - Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the evaluation and decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male/Female, Age 25-35 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    - At least 2 years in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.

    - Has experience in customer success/support
