  • Job Description

    [Background]
    Aiming to expand local and international company customers in Thailand. Newly established office and the first recruitment in Thailand.
    [Service:] HR Cloud-based Solutions.

    [Responsibility ]
    - Operational support for local and international customers.
    - Supporting customers using chats, emails, phone calls and site visits.
    - Focus on overall product adoption, and identify growth opportunities and potential risks within customer's portfolio.
    - Conduct periodic meetings for confirmation of operation status and area of improvement.
    - Propose improvement of functions/services to Product Development Department based on customer's feedback and Thai regulations.
    - Occasionally visit clinet sites and support hardware implementation.
    - Support product promotion by delivering product value to customers as new functions are being released.
    - Account management after onboarding support and seeking expansion opportunities.
    - Corporate with Singapore and Japan office staff members.
    - Other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - M/F, age 26-35 years old
    - Business English
    - 1 or 2 experiences
    1. Knowledge of payroll accounting & company HR functions
    2. Have account management experience, and post-sales experience in the IT industry
    - Willing to learn SaaS products
    - Willing to work in a start-up environment

    [Advantage]
    - Experience of customer success for cloud vendors.
    - Technical support experience of IT services.
