    Goals
    ・ Build good relationships with partners.
    ・ Develop sustainable and long-term business in Thailand.
    ・ Increasingly expand business in Thailand
    Responsibilities:
    ・ Lead location management teams to develop and implement business strategies for the country to achieve financial plan, profit margins and projected goals.
    ・ Steer the development of short and long-term tactical business plans and lead the teams towards fulfilment of planned objectives.
    ・ Provide strategic leadership to the teams and ensure business initiatives are being implemented in accordance to the global/regional guidelines and local market trends.
    ・ Carry cots of activities responsibilities and develop effective sales strategies for achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
    ・ Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities in Thailand locations.
    ・ Gather market intelligence and competitor activities.
    ・ Establish and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, universities and hospitals, customers, dealers and relevant government departments and officials.
    ・ Set and monitor standards for customer service within the locations to sustain customer satisfaction.
    ・ Coordinate with distributors to implement marketing activities and promote the annual sales activities between distributors and company in Thailand market.
    ・ Implement activities to increase the recognition of company’s brand in the market.
    Sales and marketing
    ・ Make sale plan and do marketing in Thailand market. Responsibility with sale target by KPI.
    ・ Research and analyze the market and built up database in Thailand market.
    ・ Coordinate with distributors to do marketing.
    ・ Manage sales monthly of distributors, sub dealers and end-users.
    Administration
    - Report all activities and customer data to the Director by weekly. (Weekly Report). The language used in the internal meeting and the internal reports is in English.
    - Make working plan weekly.

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Science, nurse, dental technician or related to the working field
    • Experience in the field of dental at least one year
    • Excellent for English communication
    • Office skill: computer as Microsoft office
    • Presentation skills as well
