• Job Description

  - Oversee operations to ensure that they meet the agreed plan, quality and cost standards
  - Develop and implement any required changes to processes to improve output and quality and to reduce costs
  - Identify and implement quality improvement programs to improve effectiveness in operations
  - Monitor all operations and working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment
  - Oversee all operating processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and that safety standards are adhered to at all times
  - Prepare and monitor budget to ensure optimal use of resources
  - Maintain regular contact with other functional departments to ensure that they are aware of operational requirements and to ensure the timely identification of problems and timely delivery of solutions
  - Report to the CEO (daily, monthly, annually) items related to status, plans and problems in the entire operations
