  • Job Description

    • Response to overseas agent related to rate and operation issue.
    • Contact and build best relationship with shipping Lines & forwarder.
    • Contact with key customers, listen and create any s.o.p.
    • According to their requirements.
    • Immediately fix/solve problems when arisen.
    • Communicate and coordinate with others department.
    • Manage all staffs under department functionable and
    • Control shipping line's costing.
    • Handle and follow up any claims and irregularity shipments.
    • Any assignments as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • 5 years in the field of freight forwarding or logistics
    • Male/Female Thai nationality
    • Age 30 years up
    • Have knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics field
    • Computer literacy
    • Understand English in writing and reading
    • Able to work under pressure

  • English Level

    Level 3 - Business Level

  • Other Language

    Thai, English
