  • Job Description

    • To contact customer/supervisor for booking details
    • To select and evaluate carrier and do the list/details of supplier or freight rate
    • To contact shipping line or freight forwarder to place booking
    • To contact customer for booking confirmation and/or request for more supporting documents of this shipment
    • To issue B/L or export documents to customer
    • To recheck the completion and accuracy of shipment details and relating documents
    • To do working plan for further inform to relevant parties.
    • To follow up shipment, coordinate with other section or freight forwarder or to solve problem
    • To do report, provide documents/details to customer, oversea sagest, final receiver or concerned party
    • To keep filing and record shipment details in system accuracy.
    • Any assignments as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male/female Thai nationality
    • Age 25 years up
    • Have knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics field.
    • Computer literacy
    • Understand English in writing and reading
    • Able to work under pressure
    * For the one that responsible for USA Zone will be advantage.

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
