• Job Description

  1. Working with Factory Manager to improve the factory and production process.
  2. Production process improvement, increase productivity and cost-saving planning.
  3. Coordinate with related departments about the occurred problems and the solutions.
  4. Provide technical support to improve work efficiency and product quality in production.
  5. Prepare the availability of new project and work closely with suppliers and customers.
  6. Control and monitor machine improvements to prevent quality problems.
  7. Plan and control overall production process to ensure customer’s standards.
  8. Improve the machines and support to improve activities for increasing productivities.
  9. Continually evaluate processes and methods, recommend measures to improve production.
  10. Control, monitor and follow up line production performance and increase the skill of operators.
