  • Establishes operating procedures consistently sets strategies and improves the
  production process. Achieve the policy goal S Q C D and E.
  • Develop High pressure Die Casting process manufacturing parameters.
  • Able to Set casting conditions according to customer requirements
  • Troubleshoot and implement corrective action for casting quality issues.
  • Analyze and solve complex casting process problems.
  • Set up the work standard and continuous maintaining and improving.
  • Maintain and improve the quality and productivity of manufacturing.
  • Promote technical cost reduction of internal part, mold and jig.
  • Take care of mold fixing and troubleshooting molding process.
  • Have ability to plan mold maintenance to support production plan and target.
  • Able to control the use of new molds and actual JIG use, repairing and solving mold problems according to plan. Control mold repair techniques and mold process techniques.
  • Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from mold trouble.
  • Excellent in commercial mind, initiation, self-direction, problem-solving, and achievement orientation.
  • Must be self-directed and able to communicate effectively with others section and subordinate in the section.
