  - This position arrange the introduction of Thailand candidate to an overseas company
  - Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch team to serve customers profitably
  - Provide superior customer service
  - Knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors
  - Monitor employee performance, completing personnel evaluations as required and making appropriate salary-action recommendations
  - Assist in troubleshooting, identification, and communication of potential issues
  - Other tasks as assigned by Director
