    [JOB SUMMARY]
    - To be responsible as a warehouse operation Manager, taking care of more than 1 warehouse in Thailand.
    - To focus on handling consumer goods including but not limited to apparel/cosmetics/Food/FMCGs which require experiences in daily pick & pack at piece level.
    - Utilizing full of his/her expertise, knowledge, experience and technical skills to provide significant lead to warehouse operation of his/her expertise, knowledge, experience and technical skills to provide significant lead to warehouse operation of the company, including but not limited to launch of warehouse/daily execution/KPI Management/continuous improvement while following corporate policies & procedures.
    - To cooperate with warehouse professionals/supervisors from head office in Japan to keep upgrading warehouse operation management.
    - Manage and operates within given budgets and controls.

    [RESPONSIBILITIES]
    - To manage Warehouse Operation business in Bangna, Poochaosamingprai and other new warehouse to be launched.
    - To supervise and develop warehouse operation business and recruit team for new warehouse
    - To plan, budget and design operations for new warehouse operations business
    - Independently and personality troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, from firm-wide problems to individual users

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in related field
    - At least 8 years experiences in warehouse operation
    - Able to accept working Mon-Sat

    【Advantage】
    - Have experience warehouse operation especially consumer goods would be advantage
    - Work experience in WMS, warehouse utilization and inventory control.
    - Knowledge in material handling system, temperature control room and automation.
    - Knowledge in cross docking, cargo sorting and line haul management.
    - Leadership, responsible, quick action and ability to work under pressure.
    - Open mind, Logical thinking mind set to learn new thing and quickly adapt the environment change.
    - Good communication and problem solving skills and willing to learn.
    - Strong communication and negotiation skill.
