    - Building up close relationship with Architects and related parties such as Developer, Owner, Construction.
    - Maintain existing customers and develop new customers
    - Setting up marketing strategies and activities
    - Manage Sales team to meet company’s target
    - Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ◯Must
    - Age 40 - 50 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field 
    - Able to communicate in English
    - Have own car and able to visit customers
    - Familiar with the construction industry especially for selling Windows & Doors.
    - Having experience in dealing with Architects and related parties
    - Able to read shop drawing

    ◯Advantage
    - Can speak Japanese
    - Good negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making skills
    - Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure
