  • Job Description

    1. Check and control the inventories of each warehouse.
    2. Check the accuracy of accounting for goods receipt, including
    cost calculation, the cost allocation to each product, this is in
    accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
    3. Check the standard cost comparison, with real cost and analyze
    the differences, and variable factors, related improve standard
    cost in line with actual cost incurred in current situation.
    4. Monitor and supervise fixed assets, including calculations,
    depreciation, verify the integrity, and the existence of assets.
    5. Make inventory reconciliation between inventories as reported,
    the physical goods, review the causes of the differences (if any)
    and update the items to ensure the inventory is correct.
    6. Join the inventory observation every month.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor's or Master's in Accountancy or a Costing-related field
    - Work experience in factory personnel on development and analysis of cost standards
    - Having a strong cost system background and have excellent analytical skills in controlling and reporting, especially on production cost, variance analysis and understanding of accounting principals
    - Having a comprehensive understanding about cost accounting, accounting cycle and costing
    - Having a knowledge or an experience in audit field, SAP system and BOI is preferable
    - Strong skills in inventory control and internal control
    - Excellent command of spoken and written English
    - Excellent computer skills Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel
    - Strong skills in interpersonal and communication skills
