Review and summary report of new model production and qualify tooling for meet quality7. Coordinate with Mold Fabrication Process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly and Report to Department Manager8. Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’s KPI9. Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target10. Production meeting & follow up production progress11. Propose action to improve Quality System12. Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target13. Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons14. Manage all subordinate to perform quality standard15. Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction16. Attend the meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue17. Monitoring the document control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan, …)18. Monitoring Internal Audit, Third Party Audit, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit19. Supplier control to secure capacity and quality20. Budget and Expense Control21. Cost Reduction in Mold Department and Cost Negotiation with supplier22. Follow Company policy meeting and support activity23. Provide Education to improve skill of Engineer & Technician24.
