Job Description
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and email- Visit potential customer to prospect for new business- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales- Gather market and customer information- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations- Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers- Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office- Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations- Revise the quotation for the new items- Contact and obtain more suppliers including the new items- Contact the customers in case of quality problem- Attend the supplier's meeting- Training for QEMS internal auditor course- Understand of HO.REN.SO (the way of sharing information with the manager's side)- Issue Daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly reports or other reports that they've been assigned to- Study and learn customers' details such, sale/cost situation of both customers and company- Gain basic knowledge of trading business such as trade term, how to calculate the cost/profit, etc.- Collect original invoices when there is no return from customers- Take care of technical documents such as survey, technical data, RoHs/REACH, inspection data forecast, ISO, IMDS, ICP Data, Environmental, etc- Update quotations (increase B/P, ex.rate trend, etc)- New business: register new customers/makers, collect documents from customers/suppliers before sale- Claim/Advance payment order in case cash- Urgent case: must get permission from M.D. directly (use format)- Keep purchase agreements (original copy and server)- Answer minus profit or required sales matter to accountant
