  • Job Description

    - Lead and manage the after sales service operation, ensuring the profitability of the service operation and maintaining high level of customer service in country level.
    - Run an efficient and profitable service and parts department through productive staffing, high customer retention and an effective cost control system.
    - Oversee all aspects of the service operation including the operating budget and managing a team of both technical and customer service staff.
    - Ensure optimal productivity and performance through effective business processes, appropriate deployment of staff and good customer service.
    - Expand the service operation business through new business opportunities.
    - Manage good relations with our principals and other business associates.
    - Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, age between 37-45 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in any field.
    - At least 10 years’ experience in leading a service center.

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    Thai, English
