  • Job Description

    - Responsible for re-organization of the company under HR manager
    - Optimize and standardize grading system of company
    - Overview and revise organizational information such as position, evaluation, salary structure and etc
    - Directly report to HR manager, occasionally attend regional group meeting with branches in other countries
    - Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30 - 40 years old
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in human resource management or related fields
    - Business level English
    - At least 5 years of experience in HR related fields
    - Have direct experience in re-organization, especially grading

  • English Level

    Level 2 - Advanced Level

  • Other Language

    English
