• Job Description

  - Responsible for sales and correspondence with customers in Chinese-speaking area
  - Generate new customers through sales calls and business development activities
  - Secure, sell and promote orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  - Research sources for the development of prospective customers and for information to determine their potentials
  - Maintain regular contacts with customers and ensure a high level of customers' satisfaction
  - Increase revenues from existing customers, networking and promoting company services
  - Participate in internal and external meeting as per weekly and monthly targets
  - Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints
  - Closely monitor industry developments, market and trends and general rules changes
