  • Job Description

    - Develop partnerships with independent vehicle operators as well as corporate partners
    - Develop, execute and improve the efficiency of operations including driver on-boarding, training programs, paid and unpaid incentives and order fulfilment
    - Manage and build relationships with drivers/partners in the network
    - Liaise with product team to improve quality of user and driver experience of our apps
    - Assist in developing marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
    - Guide and mentor Operations Associates

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline from a reputable institution
    - More than 5 years' working experience in managing fleet operations (startup or logistics industry is a plus)
    - Fluent in English and Thai
    - Excellent problem-solving, presentation and negotiation skills
    - Proficient in planning and team development is a plus
    - Must have excellent presentation and communications skills
    - Willingness to roll up and take accountability
