  • Job Description

    - Establish recruiting requirements.
    - Lead and provide solutions and strategic advice to business leaders in relation to recruitment and campus/trainee program to support business and HR decisions.
    - Perform and responsible for yearly manpower plan.
    - Lead and oversee the design hiring assessment criteria and tools.
    - Lead and supervise one subordinate.
    - Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
    - Visit domestic institutions to build and maintain relationships with key persons.
    - Collaborate with other HR function representatives and business leaders, including campus and trainee recruitment solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai national, age over 35.
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    - Solid experience in recruitment functions (minimum 10 years).
    - Strong computer skills especially relating to Microsoft Office.
    - Strong ability and skills to track & analyst recruitment report.
    - Ability to achieve recruitment targets.
    - Good written and verbal skills in English.
