    *Receive orders from the customers (by email and phone).
    *Plan to work out the demand, coordinate with all suppliers of direct materials, control delivery schedule.
    *To control the number of inventory holding day.
    *Both way communications to provide forecast to all suppliers to ensure the plan is optimized.
    *Provide invoice
    *Provide purchase order to suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Japanese N3 level or higher
    *Can understand email and phone call in English
    *2-3 years Experience in import/export, purchasing would be an advantage.

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    Thai, English, Japanese
