- Plan and Develop Strategic HR Policies- Design HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision.- Foster organizational culture and manage the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.- HR Operations Management- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding systems.- Establish and manage performance evaluation systems such as KPI, Competency, and OKR.- Develop career paths and training & development programs.- Compensation & Benefits Management (C&B)- Analyze and design salary structures.- Manage compensation, bonuses, and benefits to remain competitive and motivate employees.- Employee Relations Management- Create effective communication channels within the organization.- Act as a consultant and mediator to resolve workplace issues.- Labor Law Compliance & Regulatory Adherence- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and relevant regulations.- Prepare contracts, resolve disputes, and coordinate with government agencies.
