Role Responsibility:Provide technical support, specifying functions, develop, test and document computer programs by performing the following duties:- Develop new software to support business requirements, which meets company standards in terms of design and coding.- Testing of programs following standards in terms of design and coding.- Develop functions from specifications; writing program test scripts and testing functions, unit testing of program functions.- Ensuring the implementation and adherence to the customer Security Policy- Writes documents to describe program development, logic, coding and corrections. (normally don’t coding , but need to design)- Assist users to solve operating problems and provide technical support, recreate steps taken by user to locate source of problem.- Providing training, user manuals and needed document to users of a new/modified system.- Additional responsibilities, complete any other appropriate ad hoc tasks as directed by your manager
