  Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  Analyze market potential and trends, determine areas where product sales are weak, and initiate actions to improve market penetration.
  Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competitors' status.
  Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
  Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to fill them.
  Conduct customer visits, especially to key customers.
  Provide creative business solutions to customer needs.
