    Job Description: Sales of automotive parts and resin (Existing and new customers,Domestic, Imports and exports)

    - Existing Customer Management (80%)
    - New Customer Acquisition and Existing Customer Management: Identify and acquire new customers among domestic and international manufacturers. Build and maintain long-term relationships, handling inquiries and deepening understanding of existing customer needs.
    - Export/Import Transaction Execution: Learn and execute the full cycle of automotive parts and resin export/import trade, including contract negotiation, order processing (receiving and placing), delivery schedule adjustments, and logistics arrangements.
    - Market Research and Trend Analysis: Research and analyze domestic and international market trends, competitor information, and the latest technological advancements in the automotive parts industry and resin industry to contribute to sales strategy development.
    - Supplier Collaboration: Maintain close communication with domestic and overseas parts and resin suppliers to gather information on products, pricing, and supply systems, ensuring optimal procurement routes.
    - Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with superiors and team members to develop and implement specific sales strategies for assigned product categories and regions to achieve sales targets.
    - Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements, including product specifications, delivery times, and pricing, and deliver presentations.
    - Complaint Handling and Quality Control Liaison: Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries and complaints regarding products. Liaise with internal quality control departments and suppliers as necessary to resolve issues.
    - Achievement of Sales Targets: Contribute to the achievement of set individual and team sales targets.
    - Inter-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and effective information sharing.

资格

  • 任职资格

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor Degree in any field
    - Minimum 1 year of sales experience
    - Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or JLPT N3
    - Good command of English (business level or above)
    - Valid driving license and own a car

    Advantages:
    - Experience in sales in the manufacturing, trading, or logistics industries (customs clearance related)
    - Technical and product knowledge of procurement in the automotive industry
    - Computer literacy: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SAP
