  [Product] Specialty Steel Grade for Automotive Part Industries
  
  ●This Department is responsible for supporting and addressing the needs of auto parts manufacturers.
  
  - Work with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and overall team goals (collaborate with team members and members of other departments).
  - Support sales-rep (Japanese) team with documented discovery, solution validation, standard and customized demonstrations, proof of concept/value, and actions to advance and close sales-rep in some issues.
  - Communicate with the management team regularly.
  - Prepare reports using internal and external to present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
  - Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively with sale-rep collaboration.
  - Collect data from sales reports for analysis.
  - Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
  - Act as a liaison between staff and management, analyzing and interpreting data involving company procedures, policies, and workflows.
  - Other tasks assigned by the superior.
  
  Remark
  - Works closely with the Japanese Sales Representatives and reports to the Thai Sales Representative Manager
  - This position does not have any subordinates but is supported by Sales Coordinators for document issuance tasks
