- VoIP or IP-PBX Telephone Technical Support to Direct Sale or Channel Sale
- Study new products and transfer knowledge to direct sales team or channel
- Perform product evaluation and product demonstration
- Cost configurations for enterprise and government projects (preparing, complying TOR, etc.)
- Obtain customers' requirements, prepare proposals and send to customers
- Correspond to technical questions, solve technical problems and suggest appropriate workarounds
资格
应征条件
- Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication or a related field is desirable
- Certification of Networking, IT or Telecommunications is a PLUS
- 3+ yrs experience in pre-sales engineer or post-sales technical support
- Work experience in Key Telephone, PBX, VOIP, or SIP technology
- Work experience in Networking, IT LAN / WAN Routers, or L2-Switched
- Work experience in supporting telecommunications or networking
- Understanding of network architecture design
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience
- Excellent on-time and attendance record
- Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivation with ability to dive right in and make a difference英文
