    1. Provide application support and request fulfillment.
    2. Provide incident resolution management and root cause analysis to resolve complex system issues.
    3. Test fixes and performs post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
    4. Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.
    5. Perform preventative maintenance, including the installation of service packs, patches, hot fixes.

资格

  • 应征条件

    1. Bachelor/Master degree in Computer science, Computer engineer, Electrical engineer, IT, MIS.
    2. Age 22-25 years
    3. Experience 2 Years up in IT Development skills.
    4. Excellent knowledge Web Development experience, C#.NET.
    5. Relevant experience interacting directly with end users Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
    6.Thai nationality only.
    Working place at Huai Khwang. (MRT Sutthisan).
