-responsible for international/local conference management in both private and gobernmental sectors
- coordinat with concerned individuals to develop and monitor timelines related to all aspects of conference
- coordinate conference logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre-/post-event reports
- Ensure effective information sharing and communication among team members, volunteers and contractors.
资格
应征条件
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Fresh grads are welcome, ( or ppl. with 1-3 years relevant working experience in conference organizer/exhibition organizer/ project management )
- good computer literacy
- good command of spoken and written English ( third lang. will be advantage )
- Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, result-oriented, flexible, and able to work overtime
- able to travel either to upcountry or abroad英文
