- Managing overall of Sales activities with focus on business development to enhance business growth for OEM customers. - Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to achieve the sales target - Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products- Monitor sales volume, product mix and selling price. Supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. - Negotiating contractual terms and condition with customers to maximize benefits for the company. - Ensure achievement of global, regional, country and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies- Maintain and further develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition- Others as assigned by Superiors
