    PURPOSE;
    - Oversee and manage the claims department
    - Responsible for setting appropriate system and procedures for effectively and efficiently handling claims to meet the reinsurance/insurance guidelines and meet internal and external KPI’s

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
    - Train and manage staff to efficiently handle claims using the guidelines set by our insurers and reinsurers
    - Oversee and manage the procedures of Claims Department for effective and efficient results on medical claims
    - Implement best practice to meet industry claim standards
    - Ensure appropriate procedures are in place to meet the company KPI’s as concerning claims
    - Oversee and manage any disputed cases to resolve the issues in a professional manner
    - Monitor claims and staffs to meet internal and external timelines and KPI’s
    - Manage major claims including keeping insurers aware of any major claims which will surpass their notification squidlings as set out in the claims protocols and procedures
    - Develop an understanding of product in different countries and adopting a systematic approach to handling claims to ensure effective and appropriate procedures to meet international claims management standard
    - Manage claim staffs at Satellite Office to ensure they are meeting guidelines set in our claims protocol and procedure manuals as well as meeting the company internal KPI’s
    - Perform effective root cause analysis of reported incidents and claims in an effort to prevent recurrences and reduce the frequency and severity of future incidents
    - Coach, counsel and perform regular individual and team meetings and complete annual evaluations to meet and exceed quality, customer service and productivity standard as well as KPI’s
    - Conduct quality improvement through analysis of claims and preventative measures for fraudulent claim
    - Analyse and implement cost containment measures
    - Analyse and recommend budget under own scope of responsibilities and get periodical update status from immediate subordinate(s) to review with CEO
    - Perform other duties as assigned by CEO

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - (preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Faculty of Medicine, Insurance Management, Hospital Management or related field
    - Minimum 5 years’ experience in management level
    - (preferred) Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant business
    - Skilled in management
    - Knowledge of Medical Terminology
    - Knowledge of both domestic & international Social Security System
    - Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance
    - Understanding of Claims Management process of non-life insurance or in relevant business
    - Good communication skills both in Thai and English
